Field Day

Come and enjoy a two-day field trip before the busy days of SINTERCAFE begin!

Join us for an immersive coffee experience through Costa Rica’s vibrant coffee farms. Explore the journey of the bean from micro-mills to dry mills, meet passionate producers, learn about innovative and sustainable processing methods, and discover how each stage shapes the final cup. This is a unique opportunity to connect directly with the people and processes behind the coffee you love—all in a relaxed and enriching setting before the official conference kicks off.

Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out on this unforgettable start to your SINTERCAFE 2026 experience!

If you are joining us for both visits, or only for the second day, you will need to book accommodation near the airport.

Sintercafé has negotiated special rates at the Courtyard Aeropuerto and Fairfield Aeropuerto, and the buses for both visits will depart from these hotels.

For the two day visit, you will have to land in Costa Rica November 9th.

Just for the second day, you will have to land November 10th.

After the second day visit, we will take you to Los Sueños straight from the farm.
