Please note that the special Resort Fee for the group is USD 15 + taxes per night. However, the booking system will display the standard Resort Fee of USD 30 + taxes per night, as this is the regular charge. The fee will be adjusted to USD 15 per night during the check-in process.
The full payment for your stay will be collected at check-in. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be used for guarantee purposes only.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made from the time the reservation is confirmed through November 6, 2026: A cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night’s stay will apply.
- Cancellations made on or after November 7, 2026: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reserved stay will apply.
Early Departure Policy
Early check-outs are not permitted. If a guest chooses to depart before the confirmed departure date, a penalty equal to 100% of the total reservation amount will apply.
Exceptions to this policy will only be made in cases of documented force majeure, such as a medical emergency.
