Jeremy Dufour has been with Olam International and then Olam Food Ingredients for nearly 15 years. With a degree in Forestry, Jeremy started with Olam managing the timber division in Mozambique, then quickly moved to Tanzania and took on the role of sustainability manager for Olam’s South & East Africa Cluster, closely working with local team in bringing sustainability into life in Olam’s cotton, sesame, cocoa, and coffee operations, including coffee estates located across East Africa.
In 2020, Jeremy moved to Colombia to take the global lead on sustainability programs for the coffee division of ofi and finally landed in Geneva in August 2023 as Global Head of Sustainability Execution for ofi Coffee.
