With over 23 years in the coffee industry, she brings deep expertise in navigating market volatility, building long-term supplier relationships, and aligning procurement strategy with business performance. Known for building and empowering high-performing teams, Katie is a collaborative leader who fosters accountability, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional alignment. She is passionate about people across the value chain—from origin to destination—and is committed to fostering transparent, lasting relationships throughout the industry.
Katie also serves on the Board of Directors for Grounds for Health, supporting efforts to improve health outcomes in coffee-growing communities. Outside of work, she is actively involved in coaching girls’ hockey and softball, reflecting her commitment to mentorship and community development.
