Pavan Adarsh is currently Vice President in Olam Food Ingredients’ (ofi) Coffee trading desk in Singapore and handles the Coffee Research for Olam. He joined Olam in 2011 in the Grains division in Singapore as Research Analyst and was instrumental in building the Wheat and Corn fundamentals.
In 2013 he moved to the coffee division in Singapore with primary focus on Coffee research in both the Arabica and Robusta markets. He is also an experienced Options volatility trader in the Coffee market. Pavan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and a Post graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
