Susie Spindler was co-founder of the Cup of Excellence® (COE) program and founder and Executive Director of The Alliance for Coffee Excellence (ACE). Spindler managed, molded, and expanded the renowned Cup of Excellence program for several decades beginning in 1999. She is now an executive advisor focused on strategic planning.
In the past, she managed projects for the International Coffee Organization, helping to jump-start specialty coffee as well as NGO and government projects working with coffee farmers. Recently, she served on the board of IWCA and is a member of the chapter relations committee. Living in Montana, she also serves on the board of a non-profit focused on protecting wild animals and wild lands, and was a founder of a wildlife facility close to Yellowstone Park. She holds a graduate degree in international marketing and management.
