Nikhil Chandan is the Vice President & Cluster Head for Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Peru at Olam Food Ingredients (ofi). With over 15 years of experience in cocoa and coffee beans trading, Nikhil has a strong background in establishing sustainable sourcing strategies in producing countries. He began his career as a Software Engineer before pursuing an MBA in 2008. In 2010, he joined ofi as a Management Trainee and has since lived and worked on three continents, gaining valuable insights and expertise.
In addition to his current role, Nikhil leads the Digitalization efforts for ofi coffee globally, driving innovation and technological advancements across the organization.
Outside of work, Nikhil is a passionate cricket and badminton enthusiast. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures. Nikhil is fluent in English, Hindi, Spanish, and Bahasa Indonesia.
